agreement between You and MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire and its affiliates MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
or affiliated sites website (the "Website") and the products and services
offered thereby (each a "Service", and together the "Services") are owned and
operated by MRC, LLC and its affiliates. The Terms
and Conditions apply to Your use of our Services. Please read these Terms and
Conditions carefully before You enter the Website. In these Terms and
Conditions, "You" or "Your" means any person or entity
using the Service. Unless otherwise stated, "We" or "Our"
will refer collectively to MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire and its subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.
By clicking "I Agree" You agree to the Terms and Conditions, the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
Privacy Policy, and any documents incorporated by reference. You further agree
that these Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between You and
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire. Do not use the Services if you do not agree with these Terms
and Conditions.

Account Registration
To use the Service, You must open an account with MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire or
have accessed the site through one of our Channel Partners, which means You
must register with MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire on the Website and agree to these Terms
and Conditions (an "Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to use the
Service. By using our Service, You certify that You are at least 18 years of
age and that You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions or if You are not at least 18
years of age, please immediately exit the site.
Use of MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Services and Content. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
authorizes You to view and access a single copy of the content available on or
from the Website solely for Your personal use. The contents of the Website such
as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
content (collectively, " MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Content"), are protected
under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire

its licensors’ intellectual property rights. You further agree to in no other

the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system
or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Specific Prohibited Uses
The Services, the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Content, and other features of the
Website may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment
and career information and employers seeking employees. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
specifically prohibits any other use of the Website, and You agree not to do
any of the following: (a) use the Website for any purpose other than as an
employer seeking employees, or as an individual seeking employment or other
information, including but not limited to using the information in the Website
to sell or promote any products or services; (b) post or submit to the Website
any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which
is not Your own; (c) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone
calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of
products or services to any other user(s) of the Website; (d) delete or revise
any material posted by any other person or entity; (e) take any action that
imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website's
infrastructure; (f) notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,
use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or
mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or
intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Website; (g) decipher, decompile,
disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way
making up a part of the Website; (h) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner
any of the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Content or information available from the
Website, without express written consent from MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire; or (i) frame
or link to any MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Content or information available from the
Website.
Products and Pricing
All prices listed on the website are final and non-refundable. When You
purchase a product or service, to include Job Posting Packages or Recruiting
Assistance, You will be billed either by credit card, or if applicable, through
Your payroll provider or other business service provider.
When You purchase a Recruiting Assistance package, the purchase price
entitles You to eight (8) hours of recruiting services from one of Our network
recruiters. Your recruiter will identify, screen, and submit qualified
applicants to You based on the job description You provide and any additional
information You provide directly to the recruiter working on Your job.
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not warrant or guarantee that You will find or hire a
candidate for any position. If You request additional hours, all subsequent
hours will be billed at $75 per hour. Your recruiter is not responsible for
performing background checks or other due diligence for any applicants
submitted to You. You are responsible for investigating applicants, and You
should use caution when meeting with any applicants who have been submitted.
When You purchase a Job Posting Package, MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire will ensure that
Your job is published to selected job boards for a period of at least 14 days.
Applicants interested in Your job posting will have the ability to apply
through MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire, allowing You to view all applicants and take
appropriate action to manage the interview process. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not
endorse, warrant, or guarantee the effectiveness or results of any job board or
Job Posting Package.
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire offers a standard applicant screening questionnaire, as
well as an optional application. Though We strive to ensure compliance with
EEOC requirements, MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not warrant or guarantee that its
application or screening questions meet all legal requirements of current or
future legislation, practices, or policies that may affect You as an employer.
As an optional service, You may in some cases purchase background screenings
or other products in additional to MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire job board packages. All
background screenings are completed by third party background screening providers,
and MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not warrant or make any representations regarding
the use or the results of the use of any of these providers’ services in terms
of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire also provides You with referrals to hire temporary and
contract workers. Temporary and contract hiring services are provided by third
party agencies. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not warrant or make any representations
regarding the use or the results of the use of any of these providers’ services
in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Privacy Policy
When You register with the Website, You will be asked to create an account
and provide MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire with certain information including, without
limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").By agreeing to
these Terms and Conditions, You agree to the terms of the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
Privacy Policy and acknowledge
that Information You submit will be used in accordance with MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire's
Privacy Policy.
User Content and Submissions
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound,
photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages, audio files or other
materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through the Website
("User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person from which
such User Content originated. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire claims no ownership or control
over any User Content. You or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain
all patent, trademark and copyright to any User Content You submit, post or
display on or through MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire and You are responsible for protecting
those rights, as appropriate. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content
on or through MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire, You grant MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish
such User Content through MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire. In addition, by submitting,
posting or displaying User Content which is intended to be available to the
general public, You grant MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User
Content for the purpose of promoting the Services and other MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
products and services. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire will discontinue this licensed use
within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire reserves the right to refuse to accept,
post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion.
You also represent and warrant that You have the right to grant, or that the
holder of any rights has completely and effectively waived all such rights and
validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to grant, the license stated
above. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such User Content placed on the
Website retains any and all rights that may exist in such User Content.
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire has no obligation to screen User Content, communications
or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring
User Content posted by any user of the Website. However, MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire may
review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these
Terms and Conditions, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is
abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms
or threatens the safety of, users of the Website. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire reserves
the right to prevent You from further access to the Website and/or use of the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
Services for violating these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, rules or
regulations. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire may take any action with respect to User
Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it
believes that such User Content could create liability for MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire,
damage MRC, LLC and its affiliate’s brand or public
image, or cause MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire to lose (in whole or in part) the services
of its ISPs or other suppliers.
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness,
accuracy, or reliability of User Content or endorse any opinions expressed by
users of the Website. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by
other users will be at Your own risk. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire may delete any User
Content that MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate.

MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire may make software from third-party companies available to
You. To download such software, You may be required to agree to the respective
software licenses and/or warranties of such third-party software. Each software
product is subject to the individual company's terms and conditions, and the
agreement will be between You and the respective company. This means that MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
does not guarantee that any software You download will be free of any
contaminating or destructive code, such as viruses, worms or Trojan horses. MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
does not offer any warranty on any third-party software You download using the
Website.
International Use
MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire makes no representation that materials on this site are
appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and
accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own
initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Arbitration
You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising hereunder or
relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, shall be settled by binding
arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with the commercial
arbitration rules of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services ("JAMS"). The
arbitrator shall issue a written decision specifying the basis for the award
made. The party filing a claim or counterclaim in the arbitration proceeding
shall pay the deposit(s) determined by JAMS with respect to such claim or
counterclaim. All other costs associated with the arbitration and imposed by
JAMS shall be paid as determined by the arbitrator(s) and, in absence of such
determination, equally by each party to the arbitration. In addition, unless
the arbitrator awards payment of reasonable attorney and other fees to a party,

of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out

or federal courts located in Fulton County and You hereby consent and submit to
the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any
such action. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful,
void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions. You acknowledge and agree that
except as specified herein, no representations, warranties or promises of any kind
have been made to You by MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire regarding the use of the Website,
the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire Content or the Services.

and may be made available to employers, fellow job seekers or community

We may supply technology, hosting, hiring management and related services to
other companies in order to power recruitment areas on their respective
websites (referred to as "Hosted Career Sites"). Personal and/or demographic
information supplied by You via the Hosted Career Sites becomes part of the MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
database, but it is not accessible by anyone other than You, MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
and the company hosting the career site unless You have consented to sharing
such information with other parties. If You attempt to register with MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire
after registering with a Hosted Career Website, MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire will
recognize Your information and You will be able to use the information You
provided to the Hosted Career Website in Your MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire account
registration.
Information gathered on a page in a Hosted Career Website area or on a
co-branded website may be retained by both MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire and the other

will be subject to the privacy policy of that company and MyRecruitingCenter/GoHire is
